Project: Database Design, Implementation, and Administration, System Architecture, Design, and Implementation
Industry: Healthcare

Tools & Technologies: Microsoft SQL Server 2005

Project: Database Design, Implementation, and Administration
Industry: Energy

An energy efficiency and management firm needed data extracted from text files, transformed, and loaded into an OLTP database. Data exports to text files were needed as well. Project: Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
Industry: Manufacturing

A manufacturer of corrugated high density polyethylene pipe needed an SQL Server 2005 data mart and cube to replace an existing SQL Server 2000 solution. SSIS packages were created to automate testing by comparing data from the old cube, the new data mart, and the new cube. MDX statements were generated for use by reports. Assistance was provided in designing the new cube.

Project: Data Warehousing
Industry: Financial

A provider of investment solutions and services needed to extract, transform, and load data from heterogeneous financial systems into a data warehouse. A Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant ETL framework for administering, logging, and auditing ETL processes was created. SSIS ETL packages and processes were used to populate an Eagle Investment Systems PACE data warehouse with securities, holdings, and transactions data from SS&C CAMRA, SS&C Debt & Derivatives, and McCracken Financial Systems Strategy CS systems.
